The proposal converted an existing two-storey Detached Dwelling on the subject site into an Office, and included extensions of secure storage room and upper level office space to the existing dwelling. The new Office contained six (6) individual offices, meeting spaces, reception/waiting space and casual breakout areas across both levels of the existing building and proposed extension. The development also provided six (6) on-site car parking spaces.

Impact Assessable Combined Reconfiguring a Lot and Material Change of Use


A two-storey Detached Dwelling has been converted into an Office. The approved development maintained the garage for storage and staff amenities/ laundry on ground level. It also included three (3) offices, general office for reception/administration, meeting room, amenities, and staff facilities on the upper level. Six (6) car parking spaces were provided on-site with shared access via the adjoining site.

The application involved a single level commercial building comprising a Gross Floor Area (GFA) of 472.37sq.m. Four (4) tenancies were accommodated in the building, and three (3) of which were located for Office with internal staff watercloset and kitchenette, and one (1) was functioned as Food & Drink Outlet and common areas for unisex toilets and external storage. The development included nineteen (19) car parking spaces two (2) bicycle rails, eight (8) bicycle wall racks, and proposed two (2) access driveways for staff and visitors.
