Project Specifications

Situated in Worongary, this proposal included the establishment of a four (4) lot freehold subdivision from one pre-existing lot. These lots conveyed an average allotment size of 7530sq.m and were provided with separate vehicular crossovers. Building envelopes consider the topography and environmental value of the site to ensure an efficient and aesthetic outcome for the area.


17 Lot Subdivision and Dwellings

This proposal involved a 17 Lot Standard Format Plan subdivision, with Detached Dwellings proposed over each lot. The final product comprised minimum 400sq.m lots with a variety of modern one-storey Detached Dwellings, including a high quality communal open space area. Taylor Willis Town Planners were able to gain approval for this development by providing alternative minimum lot sizes and building setbacks that maintained the high level of residential amenity and protected the local character of the area.


Combined 2 Lot Freehold Subdivision and Dual Occupancy

This proposal required the subdivision of an existing lot, in order to create two new lots and retain the existing dwelling. The rear lot proposed a two storey Dual Occupancy. Each new dwelling comprised three (3) bedrooms, three (3) bathrooms, laundry, living area, kitchen, two (2) parking spaces and private outdoor open space.
