Impact Assessable Material Change of Use
The proposal involved the reconfiguration of a pre-existing two-storey detached dwelling, and the construction of additional buildings and playground facilities. It also included 30 car parking spaces and high quality on-site landscaping. Although the proposed development sparked traffic and locational issues, Taylor Willis Town Planners were successfully able to mitigate these by providing alternative solutions involving landscape buffering, setback relaxations an internal traffic circulation.

Code Assessable Combined Reconfiguration of a Lot and Material Change of Use
Prior to development, a surgery establishment, detached dwelling and associated structures occupied the site. The proposal converted the residential component of the surgery into a Physiotherapy and Chiropractor Clinic. Extensions were also proposed to the one-storey detached dwelling to convert it into the Child Care Centre and playground facilities. This proposal further reconfigured pre-existing allotments to enable easement arrangements for access and services.
