The proposal included 57 residential apartment units across seven (7) residential levels. The podium level comprised a Manager’s Residence and street front Café with communal open space. An additional two (2) level basement car park and roof top open space was also proposed. The proposal achieved increases in height and density for the area and incorporated high quality design outcomes.

Priority Development Area Assessable Material Change of Use
Situated in the Central Business District of the Southport Priority Development Area (PDA), this development involved a 38-storey high rise apartment building comprising 33 levels of residential apartments and short-term accommodation. A combined total of 252 units were proposed, with commercial uses at the ground level including a Child Care Centre and Office.
