This large infill site is proposed to accommodate 26 units, with a large communal open space area along the site's frontages, encompassing almost 30% of the site. The dwellings will gain access via Charles Crossings Road and are a mix of duplex, triplex and quadplexes. This built form outcome is in keeping with the low density residential character of the Upper Coomera locale, and adheres to the density requirements.

Project Details

The owner of the site came to us with the vision of building a new house and selling the existing house. We have co-ordinated the proposal & are managing the Council approval process for a 2 lot subdivision. We have obtained expert reports from bushfire consultants, effluent disposal consultants and engineers to ensure the subdivision meets the planning scheme.

CHILD CARE CENTRE - Benowa

Project Details

The owners of Benowa Early Learning Centre came to us looking for a new site for a small Child Care facility. The facility was needed to relieve the long list of babies in the suburb waiting for a placement. We assisted them search, before they decided to purchase the site on the corner of Tambourah Drive and Heeb Street. The application is accompanied by an extensive traffic study, acoustic study, arborist study, architectural plans, and landscape plans. A community meeting was held on 14th March where surrounding residents could view the plans, ask questions and provide suggestions. These suggestions will now be used to amend the plans.

MICRO URBAN VILLAGE - SOUTHPORT

Project Details

Innovative micro urban village seeking to create an affordable and attractive alternative to the existing and planned housing types within the Gold Coast CBD. Specifically, the proposal comprises three 1-bedroom Micro Terraces, four 2-bedroom Urban Pods, and two 3-bedroom Village Homes, totalling nine dwellings in total. It is envisioned as the introductory project within the Southport CBD for this housing type. Each terrace dwelling house is proposed on a freehold allotment, making use of the recently-legislated high density easement, facilitating the construction of attached housing on individual titles.
