Project in the Headlines - New Upper Coomera community for over 50's
Nov 16, 2014
We are excited to be reaching the final stages of managing the approval process for a new luxury Over 50's Lifestyle Village on the Coomera River. The Gold Coast Bulletin ran a story on Friday within their Business section providing some of the specifics of the proposal. Last year, we recommended to the land owner that they consider developing specific accommodation for a growing demographic grossly starved of housing options within Upper Coomera. The Over 50's lifestyle village is a result of this vision and has a focus on facilities, with a large community centre, pool and recreational facilities so residents can optimise the open space availability along the Coomera River. We hope to secure an approval before Christmas 2014.
